Welcome to ANVIL (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of our TSA-approved locks, bulk manufacturing services, and related products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

A. Eligibility

To use our website and purchase our products, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

B. Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and restricting access to your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized activity on your account.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

A. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of our locks as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

B. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes, shipping fees, or international customs duties, which will be calculated and added during checkout.

C. B2B and OEM/ODM Quotes

For custom orders, bulk pricing, and ODM partnerships, pricing will be governed by a separate, bilateral manufacturing agreement between ANVIL and the client. Website pricing does not apply to bulk contract orders.

3. ORDERS, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

A. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

B. Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure, third-party payment gateways (including credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

A. Shipping Risk

All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

B. International Duties and Customs Compliance

Since our products are globally certified for transit, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import laws and regulations of your destination country. Any import duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees levied once the shipment reaches your country are your sole responsibility.

5. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

A. Lifetime Warranty

Our products (including the Vanguard, Apex, Aegis, and Ironclad series) are backed by our signature Lifetime Warranty.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage caused by airport baggage handlers or TSA personnel during transit.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from deliberate misuse, unauthorized alteration, loss of combination codes, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.

B. Returns and Refunds

For retail customers, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. For B2B orders, return and exchange policies are governed by the specific supply contract.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and proprietary technologies (such as the TSA008 lock core designs and reset mechanisms), is the intellectual property of ANVIL and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without our prior written consent.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using our website or Services:

  • Using our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international laws.
  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise the security and integrity of our website servers.
  • Reverse-engineering, disassembling, or copying our proprietary lock designs, software, or brand assets.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data from our website.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANVIL and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal property (including luggage and its contents) resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our products or Services.
  • Any unauthorized access to our servers or personal data.
  • The actions of third parties, including airport baggage handlers and international customs officers.

In no event shall ANVIL’s cumulative liability exceed the total amount paid by you to ANVIL for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANVIL and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your infringement on any third-party intellectual property rights.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
